Dear valued client, 

Equity Trust Company has been serving as the trustee of Individual Retirement Arrangements and Solo 401(k) retirement plans that are held by Altruist Financial LLC. Effective November 1, 2025, which is 30 days from this letter, Equity Trust will cease acting as the trustee of record for these retirement plans. Pursuant to the Trust Agreement with you, Equity Trust has the right to appoint a successor trustee or custodian unless you take action in the next 30 days to appoint a successor trustee and transfer your assets. As such, Equity Trust appoints your custodian, Altruist Financial LLC, to take on the trustee responsibilities going forward.
